Terms & Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the product is received damaged. If your artwork has arrived damaged, please use the following procedure to request a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the original order.

 

Send an email to returns@missyburton.comreturns@missyburton.com and include the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Customer name
  3. Pictures of the damaged image
  4. Pictures of the damaged packaging

 

  • Please allow 7 days for processing your claim.
  • Once your claim has been validated and approved you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your claim has been accepted.
  • After your claim has been accepted please allow 7 days to process and ship your replacement.
  • Once your replacement has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
