ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the product is received damaged. If your artwork has arrived damaged, please use the following procedure to request a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the original order.
Send an email to email@example.com@missyburton.com and include the following:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Pictures of the damaged image
- Pictures of the damaged packaging
- Please allow 7 days for processing your claim.
- Once your claim has been validated and approved you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your claim has been accepted.
- After your claim has been accepted please allow 7 days to process and ship your replacement.
- Once your replacement has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
